Where will you indulge in this timeless tradition? Your favorite park, or perhaps in your very own backyard? Revelry will coordinate and communicate all the logistical details to bring your dreamy scene to life.

Revelry creates custom, aesthetic picnics for intimate celebrations of up to eight individuals.  A picnic package’s price is $100, and includes design, preparation/shopping, setup, and clean-up of the picnicscape.  Food package costs are additional, priced per person, and detailed below.

  • If you would like an artfully-curated, upscale selection of gourmet charcuterie, you will select a food package priced per person. Packages begin at $38/person, but we can happily accommodate for additional, specialized requests for a higher threshold and an even more exquisite tasting experience. Please specify meal preferences/dietary restrictions on your inquiry! 💕

    For example: a picnic package ($100) booked for three individuals at the base food package ($38/pp) will come to a total event cost of $214.

  • You might also prefer “elevated takeout” where Sara will fulfill your specified order from a local restaurant. You will be invoiced for the cost of your order, plus a 20% gratuity for the restaurant and a $25 fuel/convenience fee for Sara to pick up at restaurants located in the GR Metropolitan area.

    (Please note: restaurant orders will not be re-plated, but cutlery/tableware is included with the picnic setup).

The Details

Revelry services Grand Rapids and its surrounding areas. Setup can be booked on private property or in public-access spaces.  (Please be advised that public spaces are subject to local alcohol ordinances.)

Sara will arrive early at your chosen destination to prepare the space: laying quilts, plush pillows, flowers and greenery, props and seeing to all the lovely details that create an ethereal and relaxing ambiance.  Your food selections will be beautifully plated and presented in time for your arrival. 


She will leave you to enjoy your picnic in privacy with your companions. You can luxuriate in beautiful surroundings and good company for two hours (additional time can be booked in advance).  Sara will return to handle all cleanup — please finish your outing in total relaxation, and leave all cleanup to her. Just be sure to take your leftovers for delicious snacking— typically, the portions are generous, so there’s plenty to enjoy later…it’s all yours!

If you wish to finish your outing early, please text Sara…kindly do not leave the picnicscape unattended. She will be on-call nearby for the duration of your picnic.

Other Questions

  • Please fill out the Inquiry Form. Sara will follow up regarding availability and your event details!

    A $25 non-refundable deposit is due via Paypal to hold the agreed date and will be applied to your final balance.

  • After follow-up from Sara regarding your booking, she will draft an estimate of your event based on the details provided. Seven days prior to your event, 50% of the estimate will be due via PayPal. The remaining balance of the total estimate must be paid in full, no later than 72 hours before your picnic.

  • In the event of forecasted inclement weather (storms, rain, dangerous conditions), Revelry is happy to set up at an alternative indoor location such as the client’s home, or to do an immediate rescheduled event within 48 hours.

    If weather conditions make this impossible, please be advised that you will be refunded, minus the cost of food and pre-event preparation time.

  • Food costs are non-refundable if your event is cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled time. Sara visits 4-6 specialty food vendors to create your artisanal picnic, and this preparation time will be billed even in the case of a cancellation.
